Order of service booklets are given to guests attending the church ceremony. Typically, you will need one booklet for each guest, although if you are on a tighter budget, booklets can be shared between 2-3 guests. Order of service are a detailed booklet featuring a break down of the service, from the moment you enter the church as the eagerly anticipated 'entrance of the bride'; including hymns, prayers and readings during the service; through to the dismissal of the congregation. Designed for guests to use throughout your wedding service. Suitable for Church or Civil ceremonies (for short very short services our Order of Day Cards may be more suitable. Please enquire).

Our Order of Service have an outer cover designed to co-ordinate with your chosen range & colours (not shown on this page). And insert sheets which are fixed together discreetly with staples into the booklet.

A typical Order of Service has a Front Page (Including the Bride & Grooms name, Date & Location of Wedding) followed by Insert Pages printed with the order of your service in the order that events will happen (In the following layout: Entrance Music for Entrance of the Bride; Hymns/Readings; The Marriage; Prayers; Hymns/Readings; The Blessing; Signing of the Register; Exit Music)
All of the above items are optional and will depend on your service. Order of Service booklets are suitable for Church weddings (we can accommodate short services and very long ceremonies)

Order of Service booklets can have up to 8 pages inside with 12 printable sides for the order of your day. This is normally enough pages for most wedding ceremonies. We will work on the layout of your order of service from the wording you supply to make a beautifully presented booklet. Additional pages can be added to the service booklet (giving an additional 4 printable pages at £1 each if necessary - we will advise if this is required).

We can design order of service booklets using a font to match the rest of your stationery if required. But suggest Futura Lt (shown in this booklet) for ease of reading for guests.

After ordering your order of service booklets, please email your wording in a word document to orders@madewithlovedesigns.co.uk (no later than 2 weeks before your delivery date). We will work on a set of proofs for you to proof read your service before signing off for us to print & commence design on your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any wordings (e.g. Hymns, Prayers etc) that you want to include in your order of service. Copyright exists in creative works such as hymns for 70 years after the death of the writer. It is illegal during this time to reproduce the works in any form without the permission of the copyright holder (or their appointed agent).
