All our cards are currently posted by Royal Mail First Class post (A Special Delivery option - guaranteed next day is now available at an extra cost) and we will do our best to get priority orders out the same day..

For 1st Class Post Orders received before 5pm will be hand made & dispatched the next working day. UK Orders received after this time will be received by us on the next working day and dispatched the following working day after that.

The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes & packaging supplied and is not simply the cost of a stamp. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge.

Cards can be sent ‘Direct to Recipient’ & you will need to change the name / address if different to the billing address at checkout. And let us know your card is to be sent directly to the recipient by ticking the box at checkout & providing the insert wording at checkout so that we can package accordingly and make sure the receipt/invoice is NOT included. Due to the 3d nature or ribbon bow ties on boxes etc cards will be sent in an outer envelope or mailer as well as their envelope or box (dependant on card) for the recipient to open when they receive it. Cards sent direct to recipient will not be sent with the receipt and any bows on boxes will be sent as knots due to size restrictions in post.

NEW - You've asked & we've listened: We now offer Special Delivery to guarantee delivery the next working day with a signature. To use this service, we need to receive your order no later than 12noon on the day of sending (for orders placed mon-fri). We need enough time to process, print, design, package & post. If you are ordering on a Friday for Saturday delivery, there is an additional sur-charge placed by the post office of £2 p.item & we need to receive your order on the Friday no later than 12noon. Special Delivery on orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched on Monday for guaranteed delivery on the Tuesday. Please note this service is offered by us to help you if you have left things until last minute & is subject to availability. We will advise you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
